1. Before It All Starts

before i start writing about new adventures, i want to thank each and every person who has been part of the adventure up to this point. i feel incredibly lucky to have had so many passionate, vibrant, loving, people in my life. the ones who have shaken me awake, truly loved me, inspired me, shared a laugh, a smile, believed in me, taught me, given me advice, stood by my side, you all have a place in my heart. as i let down my walls in 2016, so many life-changing people entered. 2nd to family and best friends, last year san diego skydivers will always be first in mind when it comes to this. from there, nicaragua (woodbridge has arrived!), skydive mesquite boggie (kiss wave off), skydive san diego boogie (at least 12 too-low hop n-pops!) costa rica yoga retreat (pura vida oom-na-vashi-va!), perris anniversery boggie (you are about to sit on my monster!), eloy boogie (sd power rangers!), oceanside boogie (bubbly before you work) - i have a piece of each amazing person with me as i start these travels. it is amazing how much a smile, high give, hug, compliment, skydive, laugh, moment of kindness can mean- i thank you for that. as i leave san diego for this trip, i find myself holding those memories close- they are my home as i leave everything i have called home. thank you again, i love you all!
